Metal Casts is a company, entirely owned by Polish capital and specialising in the making of medals, coins, pins, and also unique art castings. Our offer includes merely 10 types of products. Owing to a narrow specialisation, our castings are refined to perfection, and our customer base is growing all the time.
The company entered the market in 2014, and, owing to making methods unlike any other in Europe, and also original design, it did not take it long time to become popular in Poland and abroad.
Our casts — tradition has a modern and cost-effective face
In the world of rapid production and industrial solutions, we choose to rely on design and the style of old craft. As we maintain traditional casting methods, each of our products can be regarded as unique and one-of-the-kind.
We are aware of the fact that excessively-expensive solutions will not be to our customers’ liking. Therefore, since the beginning of our activity, we have been combining the best of two worlds – several centuries of traditions with a modern infrastructure. Such an approach allows us to offer unique castings at reasonable prices.

Every day, our castings find new purchasers among the organisers of sports events, companies and public entities in Poland and abroad. Who are we and what do we do?
We are a Polish foundry with 11 years of experience, combining craftsmanship with modern technology in the design and production of medals and custom casts for sports, institutions and brands in Poland and abroad; we have completed thousands of projects, delivering over 8.5 million casts to 32 countries.
What products do we offer?
We offer sports and commemorative coins and medals, pins and badges, orders and decorations, key rings, statuettes and trophies, as well as cast advertising gadgets, with extensive personalisation tailored to the importance of the event and brand identification.
Do we provide customised designs?
Yes, we prepare free visualisations at express speed or deliver orders based on customer materials, and an experienced team of graphic designers and artists ensures the unique character of the castings.
What is the ordering process like?
The process is simple: contact us via the quote form, email or telephone; after a quick quote and approval of the visualisation, we start production and advise on materials, finishes, personalisation and accessories (e.g. ribbons, cases).
What are the standard delivery times?
It all depends on the complexity of the order and the print run. In express mode, we can deliver within 8 days of design approval, which allows us to handle urgent events.
Do we handle bulk orders?
Yes, thanks to our modern facilities, we offer attractive prices regardless of scale; the usual minimum order quantity is around 30 items, but we can also handle smaller quantities.
What materials and techniques do we use?
We use high-quality ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium) with high plasticity, enabling custom shapes, and we reinforce durability with a galvanic coating; we produce 2D and 3D castings and supply accessories (engraving, colours, dedicated ribbons).
Do we deliver designs based on customer files?
Yes, we work on customer files and specifications, or we create a design based on customer requirements free of charge. We present a visualisation before production.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver in Poland and abroad, with confirmed shipments to 32 countries, which facilitates the handling of international events and organisers’ calendars.
