How to place an order properly?
We are a production company based in Poland. Our factory localized in central part of Poland is fully equipped and we are able to produce all kind of metal casts. If you are looking for a producer of bespoke metal casts, the orders for metal castings may be placed at mcc@metalcasts.com. Please provide us the following information when placing an order:

Cast size
We adjust the size of the cast to the client and his needs. You don’t know what size to choose? No problem! Our team will advise you what size your cast should have.

Colour of casting
Basic colours in which we manufacture our products include: gold, silver and bronze. These colours are available in different shades.

The project
If you have your finished project, before sending it to us, please visit the “How to prepare project” tab and check whether it has been developed according to our guidelines. If you do not have a project, please send the guidelines and files that will help us to create a unique design.

Invoice data, address and delivery date
When placing an order, please provide the delivery date, delivery address including a phone number for the courier and data for the invoice.
Project

Way and costs of transport
We ship our products (metal castings) to Great Britain and other EU countries using: GLS Poland, DHL Express (Poland) Sp. z o.o., DPD and UPS. To know the cost of shipping, please contact our sales member. The standard delivery time is 3-4 days. Shipping by air (1-2 working days) and packages over 30 kg require contact with the Sales Department (mcc@metalcasts.com) The cost of such a shipment is determined in accordance with the carrier’s rates.
Payments
We accept the following payment forms:
- Prepayment – is usually applied to new clients. After placing an order our sales department issues a proforma invoice with the bank transfer data. The production process begins after the money is credited on our bank account. After finishing the production, the client receives the final invoice. We send invoices via e-mail on the client’s request.
- Advance – in cases when a new client is unable to pay the entire sum in advance we sometimes use the form of an advance. Usually the advance constitutes 30% or 50% of the total sum and has to be paid before the production begins. The payment deadline for the second part is determined individually with the client.
- Bank transfer with a deferred payment period – this is a payment method granted after individual arrangements with the client. The payment date depends mostly on the quantity and regular manner of ordering with our company. Each sales document issued by MCC includes a correct bank name and account number to which the money should be transferred.
- PayPal – the PayPal system is one of the safest methods of sending and receiving money online. It includes state-of-the-art systems and processes ensuring security of your financial information. To make payments using PayPal it is required to own a credit card or have funds on the account in the system. We use PayPal payments in working with both new and old clients.
