How much is a design?
It is always free-of-charge for all our customers. All it takes is to accept a price estimation, share some ideas and our professional graphic department will develop a design or adjust your idea to technical requirements.
What′s the minimum order for various products?
Due to logistic considerations: 30 pcs., but smaller orders are also possible – yet, an offer will be calculated as if the ordered number were 30 pcs.
Do we need to prepare our own designs?
No. Our graphic department will prepare for you a design on the basis of received information. All it takes is to send us a description, and we will contact you sending a ready coin visualisation.
Where are the items made?
We are a Polish medal maker and our production plant is located in Łódź (central Poland). The entire production process, including casting and finishing, is conducted there.
What customised trophies can you offer?
Our main products are sport medals, statuettes for winners, souvenir keyrings, dog tags and small metal pins. We regret to warn you that we do not make sport cups, glass cups or diplomas, which are a frequent subject of your inquiries. We make metal cast items (diameters: 1 cm – 12 cm).
How much is a trophy? Can we order a set of various products?
An order price depends on many factors: number of pieces, kind of design, degree of complexity and finishing. A price estimation is always prepared on case-by-case basis due to differences between particular orders.
