How much is a design?
All items are designed free-of-charge for all our customers. All it takes is to accept a price estimation, share an idea and our professional graphic department will develop a design or adjust your idea to technical requirements.
What should one send to receive a design?
Once the free-of-charge price estimation sent by us has been accepted, a customer will be asked to provide more information on the ordered design. We make a free-of-charge design on the basis of a customer-provided description. Therefore, we′ll need a description, graphic presentation, texts, logotypes, coats of arms etc. – to put things in a nutshell, everything that is to be included in a design.
How long does one wait for a design?
After receiving necessary information from you, a design stage takes 1-2 business days for 2D designs, and also about 3-5 business days for more complex 3D designs.
Is it possible to provide customer′s own design?
Of course. Our graphic department will work on the design received from you and adjust it to casting industry standards. We will contact you again to present „our version” of the design. If possible, please, send PDF files of the curves, Corel x17 or JPG files, with a high level of resolution.
Do you have ready designs?
No, we do not. Every design is developed from the scratch for every customer. Owing to that, our customers receive a unique product which will certainly not be used by anyone else or anywhere else.
